Scott, this is everything in one place: what I would build, what it costs, and what I need from you before I start. The first section is three ways to do this, smallest to largest, with pricing on each. Pick the one that fits. Everything after that is detail I can't guess at. Fifteen minutes should do it. Answer what you know, skip what you don't, and hit send at the bottom when you're done.
Whichever one you choose, the site will be 100% better than what you have now and built to bring in more leads. If it doesn't, I'll keep working on it until it does.
Fix what's broken, get a clean site live fast.
A real rebuild. New brand, new writing, built to be found.
The site, the systems, and the marketing to feed it.
These are friend numbers, not my rates. The struck-through figures are what this scope actually goes for, and I pulled them from current market data rather than making them up. Nothing here bills hourly and nothing changes without you agreeing to it first.
Same idea on the timelines. The struck-through weeks are what an agency would quote you, and most of that is people waiting on other people. The line underneath is what I'm committing to. There's no committee here, so any of the three is done inside a week. The one condition is that fast timing depends on you getting me answers the same day I ask for them. If you go quiet for three days, the three days are gone.
The rest is what I need from you. None of it changes the price, it just decides what gets built. Answer what you know and skip the rest.
The most useful part of this. Short answers are fine, plain ones are better. A site built to recruit CRNAs looks different from one built to win facility contracts.
Who do you picture landing on it. CRNAs looking for work, facilities looking for coverage, both, or someone I haven't thought of.
Features, pages, anything you've seen on another site and wanted. There's a checklist further down, but say it in your own words first so I don't box you in.
The current site, competitors' sites, anything. Usually the easiest question to answer and the most useful one to me.
You're selling to two groups who want opposite things. CRNAs want autonomy, pay and flexibility. Facilities want reliable, credentialed coverage. The site has to serve both without watering either down.
Their real questions, in their words. This becomes the copy.
Names are fine. So is "the big agencies."
Check everything you want. Checking a lot is fine, it just moves you toward a bigger package and I'll say so.
Worth knowing up front: the name is spelled Greycore Anesthesia. The current site and your social handles have it as "Anethesia." I'll correct it everywhere, and you'll want to fix the handles on your end.
And one line on why, if you can. "It looks clean" is a fine answer.
Usually easier to answer than the opposite.
Real proof is the single biggest lever on a site like this, and it's the one thing I can't manufacture. I won't publish a testimonial or a claim we can't stand behind.
It's missing from the current site.
Stacy Schuller, Debbie Johnson, Jackson Stewart. Some of them read like template placeholder text, so I'd rather ask than assume.
CRNAs placed, facilities served, years running, retention. Only what's true and you're comfortable publishing.
Deciding this now is cheaper than retrofitting it later.
An email address is fine. If they should go somewhere else, say where.
Once I have this back, I'll confirm the scope and price in writing before any work starts, and you'll see a first look within a couple of days. Timelines assume I can get answers from you same-day when I'm mid-build, so if you're going to be hard to reach for a stretch, just tell me now and I'll plan around it.
